* Mostly precipitation-free conditions with lower humidity levels
  than last week are expected.
* Seasonable high temperatures with Minor (Level 1 of 4) Heat Risk
  is expected this week. The Northern Ranchlands could see
  slightly cooler than average low temperatures in the upper 60s.
* Small chance (20% or less) of a coastal shower or two Monday and
  Tuesday. Sea breeze shower/thunderstorm chances east of US
  281/I-69C increases to around 20-30% on Friday and continues
  through the weekend.

After a relatively dry weekend, weak surface troughing to our south
will bring a little more moisture to the region and slightly
increase precipitation chances (around 20%) Monday and Tuesday for
areas east of US 77/I-69E, possibly bringing an isolated shower or
two to the coastal region.  By Wednesday, chances decrease to less
than 10% for all of Deep South Texas and remain dry through
Thursday, before another influx of moisture increases chances to
around 20-30% along the sea breeze front for areas east of US 281/I-
69C. The possibility for isolated sea breeze convection is expected
to continue through the weekend.
High temperatures for Deep South Texas are expected to remain
seasonable throughout the week, with daily highs getting up into the
low to mid 90s. Areas in the Western Ranchlands could see highs in
the upper 90s, particularly on Wednesday and Thursday this week. Low
temperatures should get down into the low-to-mid 70s for the Rio
Grande Valley, and areas in the upper Ranchlands will experience
slightly cooler lows in the upper 60s. Because conditions this week
are drier than the previous week, Heat Risk is only expected to
remain Minor (level 1 of 4) throughout this upcoming week. Winds
will remain light to moderate and overall northeasterly throughout
the week, and skies should stay mostly sunny to partly cloudy.

with a few mid-level to high-level clouds. Winds should be light
to moderate and northeasterly.
